KATHMANDU, FEB 14 – Minister for Energy Post Bahadur Bogati will lead the Nepali team in the secretary level bilateral talks between Nepal and India on water resources commencing from Wednesday. The Cabinet meeting on Tuesday decided to send a 20-member team for the talks under the leadership of Minister Bogati. The Cabinet took the decision at a time when Minister for Irrigation Mahendra Raya Yadav has also been claiming for his leadership on the talks. Read more
