With Beijing clearing construction of three more dams on the River Brahmaputra in the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR), pressure on the Central Government has mounted to increase surveillance after it confirmed that it is not keeping satellite vigil on the flow of water from China.
The suggestion has come from none other than the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Water Resources after it learnt that India is not maintaining satellite vigil on the flow of water from China.
