The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) Friday released 95,922 cusecs water for various rim stations with inflow of 44,005 cusecs. According to the data released by IRSA, water level in the Indus River at Tarbela Dam was 1454.34 feet, which was 76.34 feet higher than its dead level 1378 feet. Water inflow in the dam was recorded as 13,500 cusecs while outflow was recorded as 48,000 cusecs.The water level in the Jhelum River at Mangla Dam was 1137.80 feet, which was 137.80 feet higher than its dead level of 1040 feet whereas the inflow and outflow of water was recorded as 10,866 cusecs and 28,283 cusecs respectively. The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa and Sukkur was recorded as 63,003, 45,316 and 38,360 cusecs respectively.Similarly, from the Kabul River a total of 11,400 cusecs of water was released at Nowshera and 8,239 cusecs released from the Chenab River at Marala.
