Nepal and India have agreed to expedite the setting up of the Pancheshwor Development Authority (PDA) at the earliest. Both the countries agreed to this effect at the first meeting of the ministerial-level Joint Commission on Water Resources (JMCWR) in New Delhi on Wednesday. Read more
